Ashly, Cylis and Nate need any help they can get right now. In a perfect world, no one would be put out by medical emergencies, but thats not the case.

Last week, Ashly's boyfriend and Cylis' dad, fell from a height of about 30 feet off a ladder. Among his injuries- he ended up with a severe fracture to his lower leg/ heel, a notoriously hard bone to break because it requires a LOT of force. He went right to the OR from the ER.

Nate works as an independent contractor doing construction, so he's 100% out of work, no workers comp, no money coming in. Ash is currently a stay at home mom.

To my medical peeps- he had a bad enough deformity that the pic made some of my seasoned ER coworkers wince. I didn't add that pic for obvious reasons.

Anyone that knows me most likely knows Ash, we're best friends, a package deal. And you know that shes the last person that wants to ask for help - so you know I'm going to overstep boundaries and ask

I've seen this woman work multiple jobs, take care of others - including myself - just being scrappy and strong to get things done. She's more than earned a break in life.

I set the goal at an arbitrary number, whatever anyone can give is more than appreciated
