Emergency Help for Aaron & Elaine to Rebuild Their Home

Donation protected
Hi, my name is Trisha and I’m raising Emergency funds for Aaron and Elaine St. Louis. Their house and garage are currently in danger of falling into the Penobscot River. As they were sitting in the kitchen on 06/04/24, they heard a slight sound. Went out to look, and saw most of their backyard, had fallen down and plunged into the river. The ground crumbling has continued, taking down large trees and is now threatening their house and garage. It is not looking like insurance will cover any of this which means they are going to have to build a whole new house all on their own. They have lived in this house for many years raising their son Brian, enjoying fishing in the river and mornings on the sunrise deck. Elaine just retired, and was looking forward to many more sunrises and making new quilts, Aaron just got a new boat and was hoping to enjoy it from his backyard, Now their grandkids, my nieces and nephew, cannot go to Memere and Pepere's house. They are working with authorities, and we have hopes that they will receive some sort of help, but that is unknown. We are asking for help for Aaron and Elaine, with all funds going to assist them in their uncertain future. They were able to save most of their belongings, but are racing against mother nature and moving stuff out. Now they will have to store everything while figuring out if/when/where they can find a place to live, and make a new home.
