I'm being threatened by my subletter /roommate who decided to stop paying rent.

He has become aggressive and is threatening me regularly, which is affecting my health and turning my home—once my safe place—into a source of stress.

I've had to take out loans to cover his half just to keep my home. I've also accrued late fees for the first time in all of the many years I have lived here.

This is embarrassing to share, but it’s what’s been happening for months now. Any help would be greatly appreciated while I work to get myself sorted out from this nightmare.
