EMERGENCY RELOCATION EFFORT
After Fourteen (14) Years of LIES and DECEPTION, the Truth Surfaces. I am a Mother, Grandmother, and former Spouse of a Veteran, Volunteer and Missionary. I am certain that you are familiar with the Old Cliche: "DON'T LOOK A GIFT HORSE IN THE MOUTH"...Unfortunately I am guilty of making a colossal mistake. For what I believed to have been a Blessing, I now realize to be entrapment (An overall curse.) At the age of Seventy Seven (77) I have recently discovered I was lured to relocate My Mobile Home under false pretenses. While searching for documentation regarding property I reside, I stumbled upon information that I was never privy to. An arrangement; I had NO Knowledge and NO Rights. My Brother, Sister and Friends PERPETRATED A FRAUD! All involved informed me real estate was purchased and convinced me to relocate my home. Please, allow me to elaborate:
Informed by my Brother, I was asked to move my mobile home. Thinking it was a joke I inquired: "Yea right, where?" My Brother replied: “Property I just purchased for you.” This also was confirmed by my sister whom handled all transactions of their business. I then asked: "Where is this land located?" My Brother replied: "Behind your best friends." Due to the fact that it was not necessary to vacate my present location; I contemplated. I thought, WOW, real estate specifically purchased for me to reside for the DAYS OF MY LIFE WHICH WOULD REMAIN. Then asked: "What would have to be done?" I was then told that I would be liable for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING AT ALL; WITH THE EXCEPTION OF MOVING EXPENSES AND SIMPLE MAINTENANCE. SUCH AS: GRASS CUTTING. (THIS IN FACT WAS A TOTAL AND UTTER FABRICATION.) Taking into consideration there is absolutely NO CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENT which exists; not to mention my Brother WHOM I BELIEVED TO BE THE PROPRIETOR IS NOW DICEASED; it is my understanding there are MULTIPLE OWNERS. To further add, NOT ONLY AM I RESPONSIBLE FOR MONTHLY PAYMENTS FOR USAGE OF GROUNDS, BUT REPAIRS TO ANYTHING WHICH WILL OCCUR FOR FUTURE REFERENCE. EXAMPLE: (WATER, PUMP, ETC.) DUE to the fact that I AM ELDERLY, WITH A HEART CONDITION WHO SUFFERS FROM THREE (3) FORMS OF ARTHRITIS; this ARRANGEMENT IS UNAFFORDABLE. Income in my household is limited. This situation has placed an undue hardship on me. As of present, thousands of dollars have been allocated for previous moves. And considering that there is virtually no family to assist, relying on the kindness of strangers is my only option. I am asking, that anyone who can help, please do what you can. The financial goal for this campaign is $30,000. There is no mortgage on the home, however, about $22,000 is needed just for the relocation (Transportation, Mounting/Dismounting, etc); and approximately $8000 is needed for the installation/digging of the well/septic in the new location.
The present Property Owners are adamant regarding their expectations. Therefore, I have no other recourse but to relocate immediately. As you will note, I have lived on this Earth for a number of years. As far as I am able to recollect it was always Instilled in me to have SELF-RESPECT, PRIDE and DIGNITY. Not just within myself, but others as well. I am not expecting to be PITTYED; but I am genuinely embarrassed involving this matter with every fiber of my being. I never anticipated this type of situation ever occurring. For all My Life I have worked and completely remained INDEPENDENT. Although now, I am in desperate need of financial assistance. Therefore, I am requesting all monetary donations. Please, I implore you to give. For any amount will be BENEFICIAL to My Goal. You know, never have I ever intended to be compared as a VICTIM. For the most part, this is what I am referred to as being. I am in a very SERIOUS/SEVERE PERDICTAMENT; All because I TRUSTED individuals that I have had a LOVING, HEARTFELT RAPPORT/RELATIONSHIP with my entire life. Please feel free to contribute and share with others. Remember, anything that you are able to freely give from the depth of your heart will greatly be appreciated.
I genuinely believe details were made without my consent. The deal, appears to have benefitted everyone but me. Yet I am the only one harmed. Now I ask you, is this not evidence of a SCAM!!! To make matters worse, by the brother/proprietor not applying for a Certificate of Occupancy...registration of the mobile home is considered to be an illegal entity within the County Seat. I have attempted on several occasions to resolve this matter. Unfortunately, the Powers' that Be will not cooperate.
