Emergency funds to help Juli

Hi, My name is Kelly Morgan. I am trying to help my cousin Juli Trotter with emergency funds. Juli lives in St. James City, Florida. She has lost her home and all her personal belongings caused by the destruction of Hurricane Ian. The small island is completely destroyed and considered uninhabitable. I am not sure where to start but I thought money can help her in the immediate to get through this tough time.
