Sandi and John Peters, and their children: Lucas, Thomas and Mattie have been long time residents of Summerland - the community of Faulder, BC. They are a family of faith and community.

This family is one that gives, always a helping hand, always thinking of others.

John, a heavy-duty mechanic, has worked at many of the local mills: Tolko, Weyerhauser and now Gormans.

Sandi, an equine professional and a hoof trimmer and carpenter by trade is known throughout the Okanagan and Similkameen - supporting many of us horse owners!

Lucas, Thomas and Mattie were raised in the Summerland area - many of us watching them grow into the lovely human beings that they are today.

On Friday, August 7 they lost their home and most vehicles to the Bald Range Fire. They were able to evacuate their horses and pets, with no time to spare. We are so thankful for their safety and would like to support them now while they navigate the loss of their home.
