Emergency funds for mother and 2 children

Unfortunately, this is not a unique story.  It is a story of a woman and two young children needing the support of others.  Her name will not be revealed to protect her privacy. She has not asked me to do this, because she thinks she is invisible.
She is a warrior unaware of her strength, she is a survivor seeking to find her freedom. I have known her for almost five years, and she has always shown a deep desire to spread her wings.
I am asking for a financial contribution to you, someone I know and respect. I will not make this GoFundMe public.  I hope you can trust my intentions and the legitimacy of this ask.  This is my first time doing something like this, and I will do my best to show you a trail of the money you donate.
This mom is seeking a settler as she tries to figure out her next steps.  She is currently couch surfing and does not have much for savings. She is a small business owner, but cannot access her equipment at this point.  The amount sought is based on her accounting projections for the next 2 to 3 months.
