my name is Allyssa pennell. I’m raising funds for my best friend, she recently was diagnosed with uterine cancer. Emy has to have an emergency surgery preformed this coming Thursday. The last two weeks have been filled with tests, appointments, more tests and blood transfusions. Emy is a single mother of a wonderful son. Emy also just graduated from cosmetology school and had a job offer in her dream career, but now is fighting cancer. She unfortunately didn’t have any savings due to her being a student and working. I’ve never meet someone that works and takes care of her family the way Emy cares for her family. Today she had a blood transfusions at holland hospital due to low iron. :( she just needs a little support she will have to stay in the hospital after surgery and its highly possible that Emy will need to do chemotherapy. The doctor she sees said that typically this type of cancer affects woman at the age of 55+ ℰ is only 33 with stage 2 or higher this is unknown until the doctor preforms the surgery this coming Thursday.
