Emergency fundraiser for Marcy and Jason Bell

Dear Friends, Family, and Supporters;

My name is Maggie Bowman. I am raising money for my friend and local award winning jeweler Marcy Bell, and her husband, Jason.

Marcy and Jason were the victims of a serious vehicular accident on the 19th of November; resulting in massive injuries for both of them and a completely destroyed truck. Miraculously, they survived!!

Jason’s injuries include one leg broken in 5 places, mass bruising and stitches, And a broken arm. He has received surgery and will undergo massive rehab and up to two months in a care facility.

Marcy incurred a broken right arm and dislocation of the elbow on the left arm.

Macy’s broken arm will require surgery; and she too will have a steep rehab / PT battle to take on.

The driver at fault is insured; however it does not cover in the entirety of the costs involved with this life altering catastrophe.

Especially in their current life phase. They are in the middle of restoring a new to them manufacture home, as you can see from the photo, they were in the middle of gutting it and will be in need of hiring help as they are in no shape to do the work themselves - as originally planned. Additionally, the home will now need to be ADA modified.

Their sweet pup, Gwen, was also in the accident and lost at the scene! Gratefully, after a scary night by herself she was recovered!
