Emergency Funding for Victor Colunga and Family!

My dear friend Victor Colunga, a longtime tour guide with Odysseys Unlimited Tours in Peru, is in dire need. At this moment, Peru is in complete turmoil suffering from violent anti-government protests, the taking over of airports, attacks on their train tracks, and even closing Machu Picchu, one of their biggest tourist attractions. Victor has just learned they have canceled all guided tours in the country until at least October due to the historical spike in violence. He has lost his income completely and he and his family are surviving solely by selling what few household electrical appliances they have. Please help in any way if you can.
