Hello McDevitt Family! I am reaching out to you to see if together we can provide some support for our Angie Spagnolo (Class of ‘85).
Since 2021, Angie has experienced housing displacement (technically homeless), living in temporary housing, provided by the YWCA, Veterans Affairs, and some friends and family. Due to the displacement and multiple moves, she lost almost everything except a bed, chair, a TV and a TV stand. She also has service dog and 2 rescues.
Angie is a USAF Vet. She served from 1989-1992 during the first Gulf War, Desert Storm. She was stationed at the Pentagon with the Air Force Intelligence Agency.
Angie has finally found her forever home. It is a small prefab/modular home on its own land in Hummelstown, PA. She was approved for a VA loan, her offer was accepted, and she closed on her forever home last week!
Angie is hoping to rebuild her life, but she’s going to need some help. She is deserving of our support!
She is looking for:
gently used living room furniture,
sofa, end tables, coffee table
small to medium kitchen table
snow blower, lawn mower, leaf blower, rakes, and other household necessities. And since the property is on a main road, she is looking to urgently set up a secure area in the backyard for the dogs.
Monetary donations are greatly appreciated.
Also looking to find a home repair person or company for emergency fencing.
Please consider donating if you are able.
Blessings!
Ramona Medellin Applegarth
