Help us help poco cross over the rainbow!

Beloved poco is just shy of becoming 13 years old (he was born October 29th 2012). He has multiple cancerous tumors that can't be removed due to his age and the risk of him passing away while under. Poco has also been diagnosed with Cushing's disease which has no cure. He can barely walk and use the restroom now. He's in lots of pain and all he wants to do is sleep. He's been in my friend Nichoelle's care since he was 6 weeks old and he's been a loyal and loving family dog ever since!

He is also Nichoelle's service dog. Anything helps thank you for your support we appreciate it!♡
