In my attempts to resolve this, I've sought hardship loan assistance but faced rejections for Deed In Lieu and FHA Recovery Trial. It's a frustrating irony: I need help because I lack sufficient income, yet this very lack is why the bank won't assist. It's a catch-22 that leaves me struggling to find a way forward.
