Supporting Razika through stage 4 breast cancer

Nadji and myself have created this GoFundMe in the hope that together we can find a way to help us through this critical financial hardship.
Critical in the sense that I am a terminally ill single mom with literally little money to my name...no credit,little help from the government with Social Security Insurance that barely help me to pay for my rent and all necessities, food stamps, no child support, no family support and a car that needs repairs among other issues.
Honestly I hesitated to start with a statement so personal but it reveals a sad reality. It is a desperate time for us, so it calls for desperate measures. What is the most alarming is that we don't know where to turn to, You are basically our saving grace at this point.
Nadji : My mom worked for 2 years as a security guard at the lila los Feliz when I was myself a student ( She was greeting every cars coming in and out with a big smile). I have been a student since Kindergarten, I know a lot of your kids. Lila is a big family for us, I am so blessed to be with such amazing friends and community.
My mom is a hard working mom, always a smile on her face and very friendly, she worked hard to take care of me, 2 jobs, working night and day to provide everything I needed since my dad is not helping us at all, He is not even present for me, so my mom plays the 2 roles, I look up to her, she is a fighter.
My mom was diagnosed with Stage 4 breast cancer metastatic to liver, (Yes very fancy long name) to say that her disease is incurable.
My mom endured domestic violence for 10 years and finally she got the courage and the strength to leave my dad to give me a better future ( I was myself sometimes a witness to that violence), After leaving him we thought that we would be able to start fresh but it went the opposite after her diagnosis.
As you can imagine, my mom has to take Chemo medications everyday for the rest of her life just to prolong her years of life,she gets really tired most of the time but she keeps her head up and try her best to take care of me. she gets a shot of Lupron every 3 months to lower her hormones that feed her cancer cells, and also go for a ctscan every 3 months to monitor her cancer. For now it is stable and pray that it does not spread further.
It really saddens me and I am worry most of the time, because I am scared to lose my mom.
My mom had to stop working to focus on her health, fortunately, she has been able to keep afloat through an amazing support system of many families at LILA throughout the years and I have been able to continue my studies which has been truly a blessing.
Now that Covid-19 is at play, My son and myself have been in extreme lockdown. I have lost the extra income I was blessed to bring home for us before the covid, and now I found out that I will no longer receive the disability from my former employer since I have reached the time limit so my finances got hit pretty hard.
Also if I catch that covid virus it can have a disastrous outcome so I have no way now to make some money to face our financial hardship. It is very scary and dangerous for me to be around people. Scared to catch that virus that can take me away from my son.
I have a constant flu like symptoms and can easily catch whatever viruses go around.
We are just trying to survive through this terrible period of time, from my heart and my son's heart to yours, thank you for taking the time to learn about us, and if you can please take the time to SHARE that GOFUNDME post, spread the word about us so we can reach more beings who are maybe willing to help us. We live minimally, we have set this amount in the hope that if we can reach this goal, it will cover us for a good part of this upcoming year.
