Emergency fund for Gus

Our sweet boy Gus has been diagnosed with IVDD. Intervertebral disc disease. So far he has had 3 “episodes” of pain and unable to move in the past 4 days. He was taken to the emergency vet in NYC twice when he was diagnosed, and we have moved to Massachusetts and need to find him new treatment and get him scans to see what is actually going on in his spine and neck. He doesn’t have insurance and we know that scans can be thousands and if surgery is needed it’s around 7k. We hate asking for anything, but times have been non stop tough for us in the past months, and would appreciate anything you can help with. This dog is our world and we don’t want to have to make decisions based on finances. With me being pregnant and not working currently, and Lanny just moving to MA and trying to get back into things, we aren’t able to do this alone. Thank you so much.
