On May 9th 2019 Crystal had a life changing experience. She was driving her only son Noah to school in a small town of Hortonville WI on highway 15. It was raining. There was tons of traffic. Cars were waiting to take a left on 15 with no extra lane to turn. When She came around the corner they started to creep forward so there wasn’t any brake lights so by the time she realized they were actually stopped it was too late. She slammed on her brakes and swerved into incoming traffic which was the school bus. Her son was killed in this accident. She was also severely injured. She was in the hospital for serval weeks with pins in her legs. She has had 8 surgeries and 1 coming up. Physical therapy twice a week and possible amputation in the future.

Crystal was a great mother. Her and Noah where both wearing their seatbelts. Noah was her whole life. She has never been in any legal troubles and never even received a speeding ticket. They tested her blood for any drug or alcohol use. Everything was negative.

Now here is where we need your help. On August 31st 2020 the district attorneys of Outagamie County filed a complaint for HOMICIDE By negligence of operating a vehicle. Over a YEAR later. She now is need of our support for a good lawyer to represent her. Her lawyers fee will cost up to $70,000 or more. Depending on the expert witnesses needed for this case.


This was on the news. It was a horrific event. Several deaths have happened on this highway. She wants to change that by fighting back and say this is not OK. She wants the county to change this deadly highway (Highway 15)  so no more life’s are lost here by placing a bypass here. She also wants to have a memorial sign on this highway for her son.
