To cover bills and expenses so I can be by her side in these final stages of her life. Otherwise living check to check I have to work in Nola while she under hospice care in Hattiesburg, MS. Although I would never ordinarily do this I was encouraged to do so by my dear bandmate and brother Severin Lagarde and inspiration from Justin and Christy Gaudin. I am ever grateful for friends like them.

She passed away on December 15, 2016. We are continuing this campaign in hopes of raising enough funds to cover the funeral costs, which includes bringing her ashes to the Ganges River in India...
