Emergency Dental for Princess

Yesterday we had to take our senior persian Princess to the emergency veterinarian as he wasn't eating and he was showing signs of distress. After an exam the Dr. informed us that Princess has several infected teeth that need to be extracted immediately but will they will not know the full extent of the damage until they are able to sedate him and get into his mouth. In order to do this the vet will need to run a full blood panel and x-rays to make sure his heart, lungs, and kidneys are in good shape for anesthesia as that is standard for any senior animals especially smooshed faced cats who are known to have issues with anesthesia breed wise. The total for all of this plus the fluids and antibiotics they already gave him is going to total around $3000 rough estimate from the vet. My fiancee is an essential employee and I am disabled but still do not have SSI. Go figure we do not have any savings. Also our credit sucks so we don't qualify for the veterinarian's credit line.
Princess is the light of my life. He is old, grumpy, loud, judgy, and loves to cuddle in bed. His favorite things are laying in the window yelling at birds, watching TV while smacking my fiancee with his tail, and getting his belly rubbed. I honestly do not know what I would do without my little Princess Muffin.
