Emergency cost arm and jaw surgery that insurance is denying

My name is Matthew and I am fundraising for emergency medical costs for my wife Michaela. She suffered an accident while abroad and is currently in a foreign country, separated from me. She has a shattered elbow, multiple breaks to her jawbone and multiple cracked teeth. We are extremely stressed and disappointed as our insurance company is declining coverage and I have no way to pay for all of the treatment that she has had and needs to receive. We have exhausted every option to have this covered and are relying on the generosity of others. I am unable to be present with her and she will not be able to fly home for the next couple of weeks and every day in the hospital adds to these costs.
