Emergency CL surgery for beloved familymember

My name is Mikael and just yesterday my beloved dog got into a freak accident and completely tore apart his CL (cruciate ligament) in his right hind knee. He is only 6 years old and it was either surgery or letting him be put to sleep, and the later was not an option in my mind since he is still so young and have many more years to go. The vet told us this really was a freak accident since he has perfect knees, and that is why we're going for the surgery, since the chances of recovering completely is very high.

He needs surgery in 2 weeks or else we wont have another choice than to let him go. The surgery (TPLO) costs 80 000 SEK, with medicine and rehab included. This is money me nor my father has. I know it is a lot and we are seeking a lone for the surgery, but it will need to be payed back eventually.
