This week, our rescue team have taken in 19 cats and one rabbit from a single home, all of whom were in severe neglect.
The rabbit is getting specialised care at a rabbit rescue but all the cats are still with us. They're suffering with different problems including:
- Malnourishment - many are severely underweight and struggling to find their strength.
- Parasite Infestations - they are riddled with parasites. Their fur is thinning and falling out due to the sheer intensity of untreated flea infestations.
- Painful Injuries - constant scratching has left many with open sores and skin infections that require immediate medical intervention.
- Basic Care - almost none are microchipped or neutered, adding to the number of vet procedures we need.
The goal is £6,000 to cover the urgent bloodwork, parasite treatments, vaccinations, neutering, and specialised feeding plans required to get these poor animals back to full health. Every pound donated goes directly toward a vet bill and would be greatly appreciated.
Please donate if you can, and share this link to help us reach our goal.
