Emergency Help Needed for Simba—My Sweet Boy Is in Pain

Simba is my five-year-old cat and my whole world. He’s been diagnosed with an enlarged heart, anemia, and possibly asthma. He’s crying often, barely eating, and clearly in pain—but he’s still drinking water, still trying to fight. I know he wants to live.

The vet says he needs an echocardiogram to move forward with treatment, but I simply can’t afford it. I’m doing everything I can, but I’m out of options. I don’t want to put him down—I just want to give him a chance.
