Mr. Poof is fighting for his life. In just 24 hours, he went from his usual playful, cuddly self to being hospitalized. He’s staying at the ICU for 3 days and we have until then to cover his emergency bills.

Hey, my name is Dulce, and I’m asking for your help for my sweet kitty, Mr. Poof ~

On August 8th, we rushed Mr. Poof to the animal hospital after he suddenly became unwell and the vets quickly discovered he needs urgent treatment, hospitalization, and multiple tests to relieve his pain and find the root cause. Without immediate care, his condition could turn life-threatening.

Right now, Mr. Poof is hospitalized receiving sedation, IV fluids, diagnostics, and specialist consultations. We’ve been given an estimate of up to $4,000 for his treatment over the next 3 days.

This amount covers:

• Emergency consultation and specialist fees

• IV fluids and medications

• Sedation for exams and procedures

• Catheterization and hospitalization

• Blood work, imaging, and lab tests

We are doing everything we can for him, but unfortunately we are on a very tight situation at the moment. We’re reaching out to our friends, family, and kind-hearted strangers for help to give Mr. Poof the best chance at recovery.

Mr Poof is doing better today but they found sand/crystals in his urine - if everything goes right, they will be able to flush it out of him and that would be it - but if he doesn't get better after that he might have to get surgery...
