Briannen is an incredible mother to her cats, and has devoted her life to saving every cat she comes across. She has helped me save my own cats, fundraises for rescues every year, and takes in special needs cats to her own home. Moon has been there since the beginning, and has accepted every cat Bri has saved into the home. He is her heart and soul. I watched her raise him and have gone on many adventures with the two of them.
Moon has been hit by a car just outside her home in Washington, and left on the side of the road. He crawled himself to safety into the garage where Bri thankfully found him in time and rushed him to the emergency vet. While originally in near-terminal condition, he has a true fighting spirit and we are hopeful for a recovery. Moon may lose his right eye, and might need his jaw wired shut to heal properly. He has been transferred out of the emergency vet and given a feeding tube. There is luckily no internal bleeding. The road will not be easy, and we are looking at many costly treatments.
We appreciate any help you can offer on Moon’s road to recovery. Bri has touched many lives and saved many cats, and now her baby desperately needs our help. Thank you for support and love
