Emergency Assistance for Non-Binary, queer POC

Hello, my name is Kimiko (they/them) and I am a queer, non-binary Asian-American currently living in Seattle, WA (occupied Duwamish territory). Up until recently, I was a full time student with a part time job, both of which have been affected by the pandemic, and by ongoing mental health crises. I worked as a barista 15 hours/week, but have become unexpectedly unemployed and am currently looking for a job. The pay I was receiving was insufficient for living costs, including rent, food, and transportation. I also lost my car insurance due to an inability to pay for it, and have been diagnosed with Bipolar Disorder, which has caused disruption in my ability to work and study, and has required bills for evaluations and medications. Without any source of current income, and not having made ends meet in the last several months, I have a financial need for community support and mutual aid. The aid and donations I receive here will go towards 2 months of back rent as well as rent for the next month, first and last months rent, and a security deposit, for housing when my current lease ends in a couple of months, car insurance, food, medical bills, gas, and other basic necessities.
