This past fall, my close friend Naomi underwent two major surgeries to remove a brain tumor. While working hard to regain her strength and mobility, she has been unable to work, drive, and support herself. Unfortunately the beginning of this year, she was also a victim of abuse. These situations have left her homeless and in need of help. At only 25, she has no family to fall back on and currently fully supports herself and her mother, who has been hospitalized for 5 years following a life-altering stroke. Naomi has spent these years rushing between work, college classes, and the hospital to care and advocate for her mother. She has had no breaks and no time to take care of herself. While going through these difficult situations, Naomi is still fiercely caring, strong against all odds, and has always supported everyone else in her life. Now she needs some support for herself to get back on her feet, find a new home, and finish her healing process. Please help Naomi and pray for her as she embarks on a new journey with her mother that was recently placed in a nursing home an hour and a half away from Naomi. She needs strength to advocate for herself & her mother and I hope you’ll join me in helping her do so. Thank you.
