Emergency (asbestos) damaged property
Donation protected
On the morning of 6th Aug 2020, Sophie and her 2 girls Olivia (3) and Harper-Rose (1), were woken up to there bedroom ceiling on top op them, by the grace of God none of them were injured, they are grateful that there life’s were spared, After West Lothian Council Emergency team inspected the property and asbestos and air checks were preformed it was determined that there was in fact asbestos ,2 rooms have now been sealed off in there home in Armadale , West Lothian till next week then they will be temporary housed in a hotel for the repairs and clear out to be done, they are in desperate need of clothing for the 3 of them shoes, bedding, towels, beds including mattresses, outerwear , soft furnishings, toys as it has all been destroyed by asbestos and will all be sealed up and disposed off , it could be months before Sophie and the girls are able to move back into there home again and continue with life normally and I’m this time they will also have no kitchen facilities to even cook food so everything is going to have to be ither ordered on or eaten at the hotel restaurant and we all know that’s not going to be cheap , I’m asking everybody please if you can contribute to helping Sophie and the Girls please do even if it’s not a lot she will be so grateful at this very stressful and worrying time. Sophie will appreciate any help whatsoever xx
