My name is Ola, and I am raising funds to support my family in Gaza.

I am writing to you with a heart full of sadness. I never imagined that my family would have to go through all of this while I am far away from them. During the war, my family suffered tremendously.

My family consists of six people: my father, my mother, my brothers Abdul Razzaq, Mohammed, Mahmoud, and my youngest brother, Yousef.

My family was forced to move from one place to another in search of safety, but the bombing never stopped around them. I spent days and nights filled with fear and worry, being far away from them and not knowing what might happen to them. My family also went through a long period of severe food shortages and hunger, struggling to find enough food each day.

At one point, my family hoped to leave Gaza, but unfortunately, the border crossing was closed.

While they were displaced, they received the devastating news that our home had been bombed and completely destroyed. It was not easy for them to accept that the place where we had lived for so many years since childhood, and where so many of our memories were made, had been reduced to rubble.

After my father lost our home and his work, it became extremely difficult for my family to start over. Today, they are living in temporary shelter, without any stable source of income, struggling to afford food, medicine, and the basic necessities of daily life.

My parents suffer from chronic illnesses, including high blood pressure, and they need regular medication and treatment. With my father now having no source of income, providing their medicine and medical care has become a heavy burden on our family.

My brothers Abdul Razzaq, Mohammed, and Mahmoud are university students, while my youngest brother, Yousef, is still attending school. One of my biggest fears is that they will have to stop their education because of our circumstances and our inability to pay their tuition and educational expenses. Education is the only hope we continue to hold onto, and I do not want them to be deprived of their future because of circumstances they never chose.

Alongside the cost of education, we struggle every day to provide food, medicine, and the basic necessities our family needs. Every day brings a new worry: How will we meet tomorrow’s needs? How will we afford their treatment, education, and daily expenses?

I am doing everything I can to support my family, but this responsibility has become more than I can carry alone. I do not write these words easily. Asking for help is something I never imagined I would have to do, but I am doing it for my parents and my brothers, and to give them hope for a better future.

Any contribution, no matter how small, will help us:

- Provide food and basic necessities.

- Purchase the medications and treatments my parents need.

- Contribute toward university and school tuition and educational expenses.

- Help my family meet their basic needs and begin rebuilding their lives.
