EMERGENCY APPEAL FOR TURKEY & SYRIA

With the blessing of His Eminence Archbishop Makarios of Australia, Primate of the Greek Orthodox Archdiocese of Australia, the Turkey and Syria Emergency Appeal has been established as a relief fundraiser. The main purpose of this appeal is to assist the victims of the catastrophic earthquakes.

Lives have been lost and stories of human tragedy unfold. If we can assist, now is the time.

How much we want to raise:

We aim to raise as much as possible to help those who have lost loved ones, are now homeless and in a state of hopelessness. No monetary amount can replace what was lost but it can help to provide the foundation for a new start during these difficult moments.

How we will distribute the Funds raised here:

The Greek Orthodox Archdiocese of Australia will forward all funds raised to the Ecumenical Patriarchate who will distribute these accordingly.
