My mother, Velva, is in desperate need to cover her Reverse Mortgage Loan balance to avoid foreclosure on her only home for the last 45 years. We have managed well up until the recent pandemic lockdown and are on a fixed income.

Velva needs help this one time to cover the cost of this reverse mortgage loan. Any amount will help us to avoid foreclosure and homelessness.

As a former Registered Nurse in Surgery for over 20 years, the lockdown changed everything for me financially. My hours and pay were cut by two-thirds. I lost everything and returned to my family home to help care for my mother.

Besides the foreclosure issue, she has Traumatic Brain Injury and I'm her at-home caregiver as we cannot afford anything further. We have managed just barely but enough... until this financial challenge.

My father passed on Dec 28, 2020, in hospice from complications from Congestive Heart Failure. It has been hard as we were kept apart in the lockdown.
