After 18 years of never missing a monthly rent payment on our home, doing most of our own maintenance/repairs and transition of ownership to countless landlords, our home has now gone into forclosure. The bank that bought it refuses to accept any option for us to continue renting or even to buy. This, combined with emergency surgery for our youngest cat Leloo that drained our savings, and other stresses, drove Jakha into a crisis center.

Looking for places to move within our means is requiring ridiculous assurances for financial approval, like 3X monthly rent income, applications and multiple credit checks with Fees, before we can even see the rentals! Jakha is on disability and Jade is not able to work full time because she has M.S.

We are at our last straw! But, instead of giving up we've decided to reach for our dreams! This is where you come in! Jakha has a much loved friend selling their house. We found that we can get a mortgage aproval but we have some debts they have required us to pay down first and this leaves us without a down payment, or money left for much needed house repairs. We have drained most of our savings already for Leeloo, and we are left without anything to get us over this hump. We fear we may end up on the streets!

So here it is! Our cry for Help! Our very lives and those of our fur babies, and our sanity may well depend on it. We have to act fast before we get the final eviction notice.
