Justice For Jemmy

Jemmy Jimenez-Rosa, a Mother of 4 was detained by Customs Border Patrol (CBP) on Monday, August 11, 2025, on the way back from a family vacation. Jemmy is a valid green card holder who was born in Peru and came to the U.S. at the age of 9. No reason for her arrest has been given to this date. She was held without receiving proper medical care. She was released August 20, 2025 after 10 excruciating days being detained, in which she suffered mentally and physically from this terrifying experience. While in CBP custody for 5 days she was rushed to the emergency room twice. At one point her blood pressure was as high as 198 and the only medication they gave her was anxiety pills. Not once was she allowed to take a shower in CBP custody. She was eventually transferred to ICE custody for an additional 5 days before her release on August 20, 2025. Jemmy is a very selfless mother, constantly trying to help out family and friends. Everything’s about the kids with her. If you are able to donate it will be greatly appreciated!!!
