Emergency after inheriting crippling bills causing breakdown

Donation protected
Hi, my name is Susie. I actually am feeling so nervous having to do this but here goes.
I am 61, no close family and on my own.Just me and my little dog who keeps me going.
Six years ago I moved from rented accommodation 260 miles to live with my lovely Mum to be her full time carer.
We struggled through covid and we got her through it. Times were financially tough but we got by.
Sadly I lost her two and a half years ago, old age just caught up with her at aged 90. My heart was broken.
Although I kept my promise that she’d never be in a care home, when she passed she was in hospital and because of restrictions still in place I couldn’t be with her. This haunts me to this day.
She left me her house, but what came with it was almost £300,000 owed in equity release. (With over £1000 a month still accruing every month in interest).
This had to be paid in a year. I found a buyer but then the original landowner disputed the 32 year boundary (not my parents fault they bought it with the boundary in place), which effectively took the house off the market for a year whilst my solicitor dealt with it.
During this time I began to suffer intense mental health issues and have been diagnosed with acute anxiety disorder and depression, which often takes me to the edge of why I still carry on.
This is not improving and I am on various medication, and on the verge of breakdown. I also have arthritis, chronic psoriasis and am a breast cancer survivor (which is the one thing I am very grateful for), and I also deal with all of this alone. I have been on the waiting list for counselling for over a year.
I haven’t been able to grieve properly because of everything happening. My usual optimism and mental strength is now failing me, I cry nearly every day.
The house is on the market, but has dropped in value by over 100k since before the dispute.
The boundary fence that has been put in place is a poor low wire fence. This is putting buyers off, understandably as people value their privacy.
Now, to make everything even more desperate, the equity release company are threatening foreclosure which will leave me with nothing and homeless.
I need to raise money to build a good and decent 5ft boundary fence and make the garden look lovely and to have a bit of decorating done in order to have any chance of selling the property as soon as possible and having some sort of roof over my head going forward.
I have a tiny handmade jewellery online business only, which only just covers my bills, so I cannot afford to make the property more saleable, which is desperately needed in this current market.
I wouldn’t be humbly asking unless I were desperate, I’m not comfortable with asking but a friend suggested this may work.
I know money is tight for everyone so if you can’t help that’s absolutely fine, but thank you for reading this far.
I would love to be able to move on, move to a little place, get my mental health sorted so I can work properly and have a life.
Thank you for reading, if you can donate I thank you from the bottom of my heart, if you can only send good wishes then my thanks are with you also.
Blessings and love to you all. Susie
