Hello, my name is Giovanna, and I’m raising funds for my beloved dog, who desperately needs ACL surgery. She is more than a pet ❤️; she is my family. She sleeps by my side every night and has been companion for four years. I want to give her the healthy, pain-free life she deserves.

I live in Imperial CA, and unfortunately, there are no veterinary specialists here who can perform the surgery my dog needs. My only option nearby was to try clinics in Mexicali, Mexico. In the past, when I lived in San Diego, I had good experiences in Tijuana, so I trusted it would be the same. Sadly, this time I was scammed. I’ve already spent about $500 on consultations, medications, x-rays, and bloodwork, but the clinics kept canceling appointments and surgeries, and my dog still hasn’t received the care she needs.

I now have official quotes here in San Diego from Animal Outpatient Surgery of San Diego and Blue Sky Veterinary Services, Inc. The cost for her surgery will be over $4,700. This amount is overwhelming for me, but I refuse to give up on her. I’m doing my best to gather funds through credit cards and personal sacrifice, but I truly need help to make this possible.

My dog is still young, only four years old, and I pray she has many more happy years ahead. Any donation, big or small, will go directly toward her surgery and recovery. Your support means everything to me, and it would relieve the heavy stress of not knowing if I can give her the care she needs.
