Hello friends, I'm Said from Gaza. I'm 27 years old. I'm writing to you with my heart aching with pain. I survived a two-year war of extermination, bombing, displacement, and destruction.

Before the war, I had a beautiful home, a wonderful family, and a great job. I worked as a university lecturer and was studying for a master's degree in information technology. In an instant, everything was turned upside down.

The war came and stripped us of everything. I lost my home, my job, my education, and my money. I lost my ambition, my dreams, and my security. I was forced to flee several times. We slept in the streets, built tents, and lived in them in search of safety and escape from death. We witnessed all kinds of torture and killing. We were exposed to murder every day.

The war is over, but the suffering is not. My home was completely destroyed. People are forbidden from returning to my city. There are no universities, hospitals, schools, or infrastructure. There is no electricity, no water, and no basic necessities to live.

I have no choice but to leave this country. I say this with tears in my eyes, but I am forced to do so. Forced to leave my homeland and seek a decent life. However, I am certain that one day I will return to Gaza.

This campaign was designed to assist me in evacuating from Gaza to Egypt and to help me complete my education, following new news that the Rafah crossing will be open in the coming period.

I speak to you now, not out of shame but with courage, hoping that someone will hear me and care enough to make a difference.

This message is a last chance to save me. A chance to stand up against the silence. A chance to show that humanity still exists.
