Hello, I am Joud from Palestine from the besieged Gaza Strip, I am 15 years old and I am facing a health problem, which is droop valve prolapse, a condition that causes serious heart problems. Unfortunately, I cannot undergo surgery to treat this disease, nor can I get the appropriate treatment in Gaza due to the current situation of war, destruction, bombing of hospitals and the absence of health services.
