We are the Lego Robotics Team from Emerson K-12 School in Kirkland, WA. We are a team of 4th to 8th graders who compete in the First Lego League Robotics Competition.
How Lego Robotics Helps Us
* We learn how to design, build, and program a robot to complete complex tasks
* We learn how to work together as a team
* We have a lot of fun together!
Why We Need Your Help
Our club is asking for your help to allow us to purchase some needed equipment. Though your donations will immediately help us with this year’s robotics competition, the equipment will continue to benefit our school for many years to come. This year, we have already won a $400 grant from the State of Washington that we are using to purchase one robot, but we still need your help!
What We Need
* One (1) EV3 Robot @ $350/each
* Four(4) Refurbished Laptops @ $450/each
* Additional Sensors $350
* Hardware for obstacle course board $200
