In May of 2016, I was diagnosed with a rare cancer called BIA-ALCL. This type of cancer is caused by the breast implants that I had done over 12 years ago. Although I have medical Insurance, I am being denied coverage to cover the explant surgery that I desperately need to save my life and to kick this cancer for good. My desire for this Go Fund Me page is to help me financially get the surgery that I need and to help with lost wages that are expected when I have this surgery done. I'm only 50 years old and I want to do everything that I possibly can to make sure that I am around a long time for my husband and my three boys. I even someday hope to be a grandma!
