Embry Needs Help :(

Hello all!

My name is Embry Barnett (she/they) and I have been really struggling financially. After getting top surgery in March, my father was disapproving of my gender reaffirmation and my choice to get the surgery. Since then, he has cut me off financially and It has been really hard to say the least. I am a college student in my last semester. I am taking 18 credits and working two part-time jobs while trying to stay on top of my schoolwork. My mother is extremely supportive, but it is not fair that the burden of my medical bills, insurance, tuition and living expenses all fall on her.

Today, I took my car into the shop and my total bill was $850 with an upcoming cost of $250+ by the end of the month. I obviously cannot afford this. I am struggling to buy groceries and I have an innumerable amount of medical bills (hand surgery, pacemaker surgery, cardiologist visits, physical therapy, etc). I did not get my full financial aid package since I am in my 5th year of undergraduate college. I am asking for more than $1100 because I need some extra cushion, but my goal is to meet that 1100 first.
