Embracing You: A Foundational Road Map

An innovative and inspiring program – Embracing You: A Foundational Road Map to Lasting Confidence – has been born through the collaboration of The Peaceful Project  and Saving Jane .   Embracing You was created specifically for human trafficking survivors who would like to reclaim their trust of self, regain solid leadership of their life, embrace their intrinsic brilliance, and deeply understand themselves from a state of confidence.    

Your contribution will allow The Peaceful Project to provide the four-month pilot program of Embracing You for fifteen women beginning in January of 2021.

Embracing You will guide participants in an interactive exploration of self-acceptance, confidence, core values, feelings, responsibility for self-esteem, and trust through group experiences and private coaching. 

Each participant receives a book – It’s Time to Look Inside: To See Yourself and Everyone Through the Lens of Magnificence by Pam Dunn – and a workbook that not only escorts them through the course but also serves as a longtime resource.

From exploring five key steps to a roadmap to lasting confidence, as well as how to resolve conflict, participants will expand their ability to access and more deeply understand their feelings, to move beyond ineffective communication to greater openness, to recognize the impact and limitations of tone of voice and step into creating the experience they desire, and to use their self-identified purpose as a guiding principle in their lives.
