The Northern Arizona University (NAU) Baja Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE) 2026 is a collegiate design competition team where 19 students design, build, and race a small off-road baja-style vehicle. The team is split into four main sub-teams of Suspension, Chassis, Drivetrain, and Electrical. Each team is responsible for designing and manufacturing their own components at the NAU Engineering Projects while applying industry practices to give all students professional and practical industry experience.

This project culminates at the Baja SAE Oregon competition held in Washougal, Washington, from May 7-10, 2026.
