Embrace the Horror of The Dead At Your Door
Donation protected
Hello! If you've gotten this far, let me say how grateful I am for your time and attention. Stay with me for a bit longer! With an extraordinary group of people, I am embarking on directing a film that will terrify you.
Set against the backdrop of San Francisco in 1980, the film centers around a young man as he relives the trauma of a relationship through recorded cassette tapes. As he listens to each cassette, we, the audience, learn more and more information about the evolution of the relationship. Eventually, the tapes and the story reach a terrifying climax.
The film explores loss, loneliness, and codependence as seen through a queer lens and is set just on the cusp of the AIDS crisis. The genuine horror of the devastating epidemic hangs in the air while the character navigates his feelings of isolation and paranoia.
Have we intrigued you?! With a minimal donation, you can participate in bringing the story from page to screen. All we ask for is a small contribution of $5.00 and for you to share this with friends and family. If you're in a position to contribute more, that's wonderful, and we'll gladly accept!
