Aggie Necaise's Battle with Cancer
Donation protected
My mom, Aggie Necaise, has been diagnosed with stomach cancer for the third time in her life (the second time within a year). The first time, which was 17 years ago, had a low survival rate. She had a whipple procedure, which also has a low survival rate, and chemotherapy and radiation. It left her financially destitute, but she recovered from it on her own. Last year, she was diagnosed with a different stomach cancer and underwent a subtotal gastroectomy (meaning she only has a small portion of her upper stomach remaining) and an emergency surgery days later to remove a blockage in the original surgery area. She was out of work for 6 months due to complications. Her job is physically demanding. She exhausted all of her leave at work and depleted her savings, as her portion of the medical bills are very expensive, even with insurance. On Monday, she was diagnosed again with stomach cancer and it is, once again, a different kind. It is inevitable that she will be out of work for an extended period of time. She always puts others before self and never asks anyone for anything. I would like to lessen her burden as much as possible during this difficult time and am asking anyone who reads this to consider making a donation...no amount is too small. The most important thing to my family and me right now is helping my mom survive and we appreciate any and all who help her along the way! If you have taken the time to read her story, I cannot thank you enough. I understand that not everyone is in a position to donate financially, but I am asking all of you to please pray for my mom to feel God's healing touch!
