On 20th September I'll be doing the Highland Fling! Not the dance but a 53 mile ultramarathon covering the first half of the West Highland Way.

I'm raising funds for Embangweni Mission Hospital - a 120 bed hospital in rural Malawi. Through the hospital and its associated health centres, this brilliant team provide primary and secondary health care for nearly 200,000 people in one of the poorest parts of one of the poorest countries in the world.

Sara and I worked there from 1997 -2002. Its a place that means a lot to us. Thank you for your support.
