Hello everyone! This year marks the 5th anniversary of the Emancipating Minds Scholarship program! The program was started to bring awareness to social events that are impacting our communities and our nation, give the participants an opportunity to present cognitive solutions that can be used to help alleviate some of the atrocities that affect them directly or indirectly, and to minimize some of the costs for the parents who are sending their kids off to college. Over these past few years, Emancipating Minds Foundation has given away 10 scholarships valuing over $6,000 in total thanks mostly to the contributions of concerned parents and citizens of the community. I assure you that every single penny ever donated to the scholarship funds was used towards the participants of the awards contest. This year, we want to award many more students! With that being said, I would like to announce that for ever dollar donated to the foundation will be matched up to $5k! So, let’s aim high! Let’s send our students to college with kick start! Let’s take some of the financial burden off of the parents and let them know that we have their backs! Thank you all in advance!
