Hello Friends and Family, If you know me and my wife Cara then you know that we love to travel and our #1 travel destination is Jamaica! Yes, we love the culture, the food, the weather but it wasn't until we met Elvis that we fell in love with Jamaica. Elvis Scott is a tour guide in the Montego Bay area of Jamaica. Our encounter may have been by chance but the relationship we've developed feels like it was destiny. Elvis isn't just a friend to us he truly is Family. I can't put into words how appreciative we are of this awesome soul and man. From the first day we met him he took us in and has looked after us every time we visited. He's gone out of his way to accommodate us, in making sure we were safe and ensuring every moment and every hour we're enjoyable. Money was never an issue with Elvis. We were more than willing to pay him anything he requested. But he made it known early it wasn't all about the money and he didn't make it an issue. His number 1 concern was that we were happy and satisfied. I don't care what country or place state side we've visited Trust and Safety was always our main concern. With Elvis he's the first person we've encountered that we can honestly say we Trusted. And as the saying goes that's priceless. So, as you might have heard Jamaica was hit by hurricane Melissa earlier this week. Melissa was a category 5 hurricane that went directly through Montego Bay and it was a catastrophy Montego Bay was devastated. I Spoke to Elvis prior to the hurricane hitting and he was in good spirits but nervous. We nervously awaited his call after the hurricane and was surprised when he called us yesterday afternoon. Thank GOD he survived but, he told us he lost EVERYTHING house demolished and all his clothes. He did say his transportation he used for his work as a tour guide was working and ok. Cara and I are asking all our friends and family for any donation you' re able to give to help our friend/family Elvis enabling him to buy food and try to restore a sustainable living. 100 percent of the proceeds will go to him and his family.
