My cousin Jim’s 8 week old daughter was traveling with her mother and grandmother last week when she began experiencing difficulty breathing. My aunt was in the back seat with her and noticed that she was very lethargic. Long story short, they were able to make it to Fresno Children’s Hospital where she is being treated for infant Botulisim, a very rare infection. Elsie is currently in the ICU and has a long road to recovery ahead of her. My cousins family live in Idaho so to be close to Elsie they are staying in Fresno. This is a scary and difficult time for the family and they have asked for all the prayers they can get. Between the cost of staying near the baby and pending medical cost, I would like to ask for more support to help them get through this. If you find it in your heart to give anything helps.
