Elsie was a very caring mother, a loving grandmother sister and aunt. Elsie was loved by many people and has touched many hearts thru her years. My mother was a loving Teacher in the Mps  school system and retired approximately 35 years doing the job that she loved. She Helped raise children and foster several children, she loved everybody and would not turn anybody away that needed help. Any contribution will be appreciated, God bless you all and Thank You.
