Hello family, friends, & acquaintances close and afar. My name is Angela and I am creating this gofundme on behalf of my sister-in-law, Elsa.

She was diagnosed with stage 4 colorectal cancer with metastasis to her liver and lungs. She was diagnosed during the fall of 2020. She has failed conventional chemo treatments and has been referred to the MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, TX in order to consider experimental treatments. She is being considered for a clinical trial that has recently opened up (the only one of its kind in the world, currently). She will have to temporarily relocate there while she undergoes the treatments. Ronald will continue to work, as he is the only one working and can not afford not to. While they are extremely fortunate that their medical insurance covers these treatments, the other expenses are not (room and board, rental car, airfare, etc). 

On behalf of Elsa, I'm kindly asking if you can help donate to her cause to cover other expenses that insurance won’t cover; air fare, room & board, rental car, etc..). Any amount isn't too big nor too small. I know that gofundme will take out a certain percentage for every donation that is made.
