Our beloved Relative/Auntie/Mom/Grandmother  Elsa De Belen was killed last night 7/27/16 around 8pm  in Gardena,  CA when a unknown hit and run driver plowed into a house where she was attending a prayer meeting.

All collected funds will go towards funeral expenses.
